I hope I am not the only one who's done this. This is one of the worst Art mistakes every artist has hopefully made at least once or twice... or three times in their lives. Ok, this may not be considered the worst art mistake every Artist has made, but it sure is up there around the "Aww crap!", "Ewww, grosss!" level. This is actually  embarrassing for me to admit, so I am hoping I am not alone. If not, what does that really say about me as an Artist? Heheh. Anyway, I thought I'd share and give a little advice... that I may well forget in the future. But anyway, here it is...

If you are really in the zone, you will experience a near meditative state and usually only focus on the task at hand. You get so focused and zoned into what you're doing you sometimes don't pay attention to what's going on around you. So when preparing your work space for your project, please be sure to adequately separate the glass of water you are using for painting, from the glass of water or choice of beverage you will be drinking from. Trust me.

This video is part of my Art awareness campaign that aims to educate Artists from every level of their journey. So I decided to start the Fundamental & Artistic Resource Tips. ;P

Hopefully, this video will help someone somewhere and will spark awareness for something that could easily be avoided.

Please don't make the same mistakes I've made. 😉
